HOW TO USE

Fingertip-apply to lower and upper eyelids, starting from the inside corners, and working outward.
Next, sweep your index finger along the lashes.
With head lowered, cover eyes and eye contours with the heels of your palms. Hold for 10-15 seconds and release.
