A Room of Gilded Dreams

All the most exclusive, new jewellery gathered in one place, the next piece more stunning than the other - sounds like a dream right? Well, it's actually quite real and it's called The Jewellery Room. The two sisters behind have set out on an exclusive mission.

Getting jewellery on the fashion agenda is the goal, showcasing the very best of the best jewellery designers, whether brand new or established, is the means; In a short time, The Jewellery Room has proved the effectiveness of that recipe. Since 2013 the concept, created by sisters Charlotte Møbjerg Ansel-Henry and Pernille Møbjerg Knudsen, has demanded the ear of the fashion world. The Jewellery Room's biannual showcase held under Copenhagen Fashion Week is always highly anticipated as The Place to find the best Scandinavian proposals on bracelets, rings, necklaces, eyewear, innovation and top-notch luxe.

For this August 2018 edition, The Jewellery Room had their showcase in the newly renovated, highly exclusive members club Matrikel 1. We loved seeing the designs presented by Scandi brands like Jane Kønig, Ros Moseegard and Ninna York. But the chance to view non-Northern brands like Perseé Paris and By Pariah was also there, as the sisters recently expanded the concept to feature more international. One of the most eye-catching news was the collab between STÆRK&CHRISTENSEN and Pared Eyewear, the first being Danish model-extraordinaire Helena Christensen and designer Camilla Stærk's brand. Talk about merging fashion and jewellery and taking both to the next level. We're going to be dreaming of silver, gold, diamonds and pearls for the rest of the year.
