Can I return or exchange an item?
Ordered items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided that:
-The item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
-Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments and without removing the protective adhesive strip. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
-Furniture cannot be modified or assembled.
Stylins.co reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion. Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
What if my order is damaged or has a manufacturer defect?
Each item is meticulously inspected by our team before leaving the warehouse. If you receive an item which is flawed or damaged or does not match the description on our site, please advise Customer Care immediately. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or issue a store credit.
How do I return or exchange an online order?
Please contact us by email at email@example.com. Our team will reach out with return instructions and next steps. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund/store credit in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to ensure the package.
Will the delivery fee, tax, and/or duty costs be included in my refund?
Delivery fees will not be refunded for any return or exchange. Although customers outside of Hong Kong are responsible for taxes and duties.
