Stylins.co processes and delivers orders Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (UTC+8 hours). Please note that we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.
All available shipping options, delivery time options and charges to your destination will be displayed at checkout. Please bear in mind that the delivery time options is a guideline and Skandiastyle cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delay or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays may cause.
Please note during sale, Standard and Express deliveries may take up to an additional 48 hours to reach you.
Orders placed during public holidays will be processed and delivered the following work day.
Duties and Taxes
Those ordered products for shipment to countries outside of Hong Kong may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country, which are not included in the price of the products. The purchaser of the shipment will be the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all the relevant customs duties, taxes and fees. Stylins.co has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered products meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Orders cannot be considered for a refund/exchange until these duties and taxes have been paid for by the customer.
Duties are not applicable for Australian orders under 1000 AUD. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will not be displayed at checkout. The total you pay when placing your order does not include all duties and tax owed to Customs.
- Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
- Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
- We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
From time to time, Stylins.co runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to our newsletter. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.
Track your Status
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one business day after your order has been shipped.
